We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at C & G Enterprises LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Meet or exceed customer service team call goals and handle customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • A track record of exceeding goals and strong phone communication and listening skills.
  • Familiarity with a variety of software, including email, Microsoft Excel, and Gsuite.
  • Customer-focused and able to pivot to different types of personalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school degree and bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
  • Experience in customer service or dispatching (3 years preferred).
