We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at C & G Enterprises LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Meet or exceed customer service team call goals and performance metrics
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve customer service processes
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure compliance and quality service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer service experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone communication and listening skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
  • Familiarity with software applications, including email, Microsoft Excel, and Gsuite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred, but not essential)
