Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Description

As a Strategic Revenue Operations Director at Directive Consulting, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve revenue growth through optimized processes and data-driven marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing high-performing teams, communicating directly with clients, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Admin-level expertise in marketing automation and CRM instances
  • Understanding of how to optimize processes for revenue growth
  • Data-driven marketer with experience in building reports and dashboards
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team management and leadership experience with teams of up to 6
  • A drive to coach and train team members to achieve their career goals
