Humboldt Park Health seeks a skilled Revenue Cycle Director to oversee the revenue cycle department, ensuring accurate billing and efficient financial management.
Key Responsibilities- Implement a system for accurate billing information entry into the billing system.
- Supervise staff in various duties, including account management, insurance communications, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and billing.
- Manage staff performance through regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings.
- Review financial hardship applications.
- Oversee hiring and training processes.
- Efficiently manage patient complaints related to billing and collections.
- Plan and structure the department workflow and staffing.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and medical office software.
- Proven experience in healthcare billing.
- Solid knowledge of health insurance providers.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
