Role Overview:

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in our Surgical Services division is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing patient care tailored to the specific needs of diverse patient demographics. The CNS ensures that high-quality care is delivered efficiently and safely, adhering to departmental standards. This role exemplifies performance that aligns with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and the organization. Flexibility in adapting to evolving healthcare systems is essential, demonstrating excellence and effectiveness in clinical practices while treating colleagues, physicians, patients, and families with compassion and respect.

Required Qualifications:

Current RN License. Current CPR certification required. BLS certification.

This is a Union Position.

Compensation Range: $ - $

Sign-on Bonus Information:

Experienced RNs may qualify for a sign-on bonus

- $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 2-3 years of experience.

- $25,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 3+ years of experience.

(Pro-Rated for Part-Time Roles)
