We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Kadlec. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support in a clinical setting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- Recent nursing experience
- Telephone triage experience
