Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of Synexus Tax Solutions and other department leaders. This role will require excellent judgment and organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential materials and time-sensitive projects, and strong administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Act as the initial point of contact for internal team members and external clients on behalf of the CEO, providing accurate, timely, and professional communication.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials, ensuring punctuality and efficiency.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange accommodations for frequent travel, including flights, hotel, and dining arrangements, itineraries, and meeting spaces.
  • Expense Management: Assist with expense reports and other record-keeping needs, partnering with the operations team to manage invoices, expenses, and financial tasks.
  • Strategic Support: Provide occasional strategic or editorial support on various confidential projects and correspondences.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree preferred, with 5-7 years of executive assistant experience in a professional services or technology environment.
  • Skills: High sense of urgency, strong multitasking skills, ability to independently problem-solve and prioritize tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Zoom.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience using discretion with confidential information.
  • Work Arrangements: Hybrid work arrangement with the ability to work from our office in Atlantic Station 2-3 times a week, preferred.
