We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at ML Property Group.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our CEO and COO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive team, both domestically and internationally.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our corporate office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Collaborate on special projects that require creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly, including managing office supplies, facilities, and liaising with vendors.
  • Assist with internal communication and ensure that all office protocols are followed.
  • Occasionally travel to support executive events or meetings as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office manager role, with previous experience supporting C-level executives a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
