Front Desk Agent

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests at Hotel Grand Stark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in, check-out, and billing.
  • Manage guest communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
  • Proactively identify guest needs and find ways to surprise and delight them.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and energetic personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum two years of experience in guest reception or a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and non-verbally.
