Primary Call Center Representative

We are a major banking client located in Pittsburgh, PA.
This is a 4-month contract to hire position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be available to work shifts between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm with rotating weekends from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
A free private parking lot is available for employees. Public transportation routes are nearby.
Job DescriptionThe primary contact center representative is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls related to customer service requests and general banking inquiries.
The ideal candidate will understand and strive to meet or exceed the Contact Center's Key Performance Metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
