Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding hospitality and culinary execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profitability, and guest counts.
  • Manage the restaurant's P&L, forecasting, and labor expenditures.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to sanitation standards and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Passionate about execution, hospitality, and service.
