Clinical Counselor

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Counselor to join our team at Addiction Recovery Care, LLC. As a Clinical Counselor, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process, monitoring clients' safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct direct clinical services, including group, individual, and family therapy, to educate clients on the importance of continued abstinence from mood-altering substances.
- Participate in an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Meet a minimum requirement of 26 hours of direct client care.
- Maintain a respectful relationship with clients and confidentiality.
- Complete all documentation by the end of the business day.
- Meet all billing requirements.
- Participate in staff and state regulatory training as required.
- Adhere to program policies and procedures while maintaining a professional code of ethics.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Bachelor of Arts Degree.
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work preferred.
- Licensed and/or Credentialed Counselor.
- Experience delivering lectures on addiction and conducting group sessions.
- Substance abuse experience preferred.
- Appropriate State and Federal Clearances.
