We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Professional Counselor Associate to join our team at FourEight Transitions LLC. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide individualized mental health services to clients using evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client screenings, assessments, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team on individualized plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and crisis intervention techniques.
  • Maintain CMS-compliant documentation.
  • Master our Electronic Health Record system, BestNotes.
  • Efficiently use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote) and manage communications and records across multiple applications.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
  • Registered Professional Counselor Associate status.
  • Ability to obtain an LPC license within three years.
  • Strong communication skills and tech proficiency.
