Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload tailored to your skills and clinic needs.
- Conduct client screenings, assessments, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the treatment team on individualized plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and crisis intervention techniques.
- Maintain CMS-compliant documentation.
- Master our Electronic Health Record system, BestNotes.
- Efficiently use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote) and manage communications and records across multiple applications.
- Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
- Registered Professional Counselor Associate status.
- Ability to obtain an LPC license within three years.
- Strong communication skills and tech proficiency.
- Supervision for OBLPCT licensure provided.
