Lifelancer is seeking a Sales Manager in Genomics to join our team.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager in Genomics to drive sales growth and expansion in the life sciences industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, managing customer relationships, and developing strategic plans to increase revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage high-volume sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and rapid experimental progress.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow repeat business while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Prospect effectively to generate an immediate, medium, and long-term sales pipelines to ensure consistent quota obtainment.
  • Negotiate and close deals while minimizing discounting.
  • Effectively communicate technical advantages to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in biology/genomics or a related field. A Master's or Ph.D. is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales or channel management experience (preferably in Next Generation Sequencing, genomics, or single cell analysis).
  • Previous molecular biology lab experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (locally, nationally, and internationally as needed).
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive uncapped commissions, constant performer bonuses, equity, auto allowance, generous time off policy, and 12 paid holidays.
