About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our sales team to achieve success. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in dealer management and a proven track record of exceptional customer service and sales.

As a leader, you will create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere with a focus on employee retention and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with each salesperson and manager to establish specific goals and objectives
  • Determining monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits
  • Conducting sales meetings and maintaining a balanced inventory
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to develop a comprehensive strategy to meet sales goals

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a great working environment, medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401K retirement savings plan.
