Field Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Development Manager to oversee and develop a sales team at A STEP ABOVE PREPARATORY ACADEMY IN. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving company revenue by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.
Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate the sales team activities to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with sales processes and strong analytical skills.
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
