- Policy Administration: Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy details, analyze insurance programs, and suggest additions or changes.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust with clients, maintain retention, and promote product loyalty through exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated from inbound calls and non-renewal leads to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity, including financial products.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions, especially when quoting or rewriting policies.
- Customer Communication: Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns, ensuring retention standards are met.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must have a Florida 4-40 License. A 2-20 License is a plus.
- Industry Experience: 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry is required.
