**Job Summary:**

The Patient Service Representative - Integrated (PSR-I) plays a vital role in ensuring seamless patient flow within our healthcare organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient appointments, and handling various administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Collect co-payments, sliding fees, and outstanding balances, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist patients with insurance and payment responsibilities, providing clear explanations and guidance.
  • Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in office studies, business administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare industry may be substituted for degree requirement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical and dental terminology.
  • Proficient typing skills and experience with computer applications.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and adaptability to change.
