Program Facilitator for Trauma Recovery
Maryhurst delivers innovative treatment programs to help children who have experienced severe trauma overcome their struggles and achieve stability. These children often engage in high-risk behaviors such as running away, truancy, self-harm, delinquency, and substance abuse due to unresolved pain.
Our expert team at Maryhurst understands the importance of providing a stable environment that fosters love, structure, and consistency for these vulnerable children. Our mission is guided by this philosophy, which has enabled our programs to be highly successful.
We offer nine distinct programs catering to over 600 children and their families. The Program Facilitator plays a vital role in facilitating the treatment planning process for MB Care clients, acting as a liaison between child, family, and outside agencies, and monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of services for Quality Assurance.
This position requires collaboration with other community resources, including legal and medical systems, and connecting all necessary services within Maryhurst for individual clients (therapy, medical, psychiatric, education, spiritual, etc.). The Program Facilitator also assesses client/family needs, makes referrals to required resources, and ensures the client is in the most suitable setting with clear treatment goals toward permanency.
