Position Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist at GL2 Partners, your primary role will be to deliver exceptional service and assistance to our clientele via telephone. You will serve as the initial contact for clients seeking guidance, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and contributing significantly to our commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence.


Key Duties:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring top-notch service and support through phone interactions.
  • Engage with clients post-interaction to confirm resolution of their issues and offer further assistance as needed.
  • Keep precise records of client communications and updates within our systems.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to exchange insights and guarantee a smooth client experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to provide clients with the most relevant information and assistance.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is advantageous).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service aptitude with a focus on relationship building.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
