Terminix Service Inc is looking to enhance our office team with a dedicated full-time Customer Care Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

What We Offer:

  • Standard working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with a starting pay of $15.75 per hour, plus competitive commission opportunities.

A Day in the Role:

As a Customer Care Specialist, your daily focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your main tasks will include:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to enhance retention and attract new clients.
  • Promoting brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Overseeing account management to prevent customer loss.
  • Communicating effectively about our services and products to assist customers.
  • Providing solutions tailored to customer needs and resolving pest-related issues.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as bank deposits and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Proven sales skills.
  • Ability to engage customers with knowledgeable discussions about services.
  • Capability to upsell additional services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage difficult situations.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
