Position Summary:
The role of the Customer Service Representative is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer service through efficient and precise order processing, effective communication, and collaboration with various departments to address inquiries. This position serves as the initial point of contact for customers regarding general inquiries such as pricing, product details, and scheduling. Building and nurturing business relationships with clients through prompt and accurate service is essential for fostering customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries
- Accurately enter customer orders into the database
- Provide comprehensive product and service information to customers
- Promote additional products and services
- Assist the shipping team with order picking and verification

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate or Bachelor of Science degree is advantageous
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Basic mathematical skills
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office and MS Outlook
- Familiarity with environmental laboratory methods is a plus
- Excellent time management abilities
- Strong verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
