Role Overview:

The Client Support Supervisor, under the guidance of the Facility Director, is tasked with ensuring the overall safety and security of the facility while maintaining comprehensive documentation related to the Residential Reentry Center.

This role is crucial in addressing the needs, safety, and well-being of clients, ensuring that the facility is secure and properly maintained.

The Client Support Supervisor is expected to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as necessary. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required, along with the completion of all mandated training.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and security of the facility.
  • Ensure all client needs are met in a safe environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to facility operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Facility Director and other staff.

Qualifications:
Essential Knowledge:
Familiarity with community resources and services, understanding of the population served, and proficiency in computer and spreadsheet applications.

Required Skills:
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma with a minimum of three years of experience in the Social and Behavioral Sciences field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related program from an accredited institution.

Licenses and Certifications:
Valid Driver's License and proof of auto liability insurance, if applicable. Verification of educational credentials will be required for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
