IT Service Desk Administrator

Insight Global is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Administrator to join our team in St. Rose, LA. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications
  • Collaborate with IT Operations to generate root cause analysis for severity 2 and 3-level incidents
  • Communicate solutions to end-users in a clear and concise manner
  • Assist with inventory management, shipping, and receiving
  • Perform minor desktop hardware repair and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 5+ years of experience providing end-user support for software, hardware, and applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Technologies and Cisco Meraki Hardware
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
