Job Title: Enterprise Service Desk Specialist III

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Service Desk Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and ensuring that their technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and internal ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established procedures and knowledge base resources
  • Log, categorize, track, and update tickets throughout the resolution process, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns, clearly explaining solutions, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams while keeping clients informed
  • Document solutions to recurring problems and contribute to the internal knowledge base for future reference and improved self-service options
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred
  • 3+ years of experience providing enterprise-level help desk support
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of troubleshooting experience
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
