Job Title: Superintendent

At Trumark Homes, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that our homes are built to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct Trumark staff and trade partners to ensure timely and quality completion of residential homes.
  • Monitor and control construction costs, schedules, and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Studio, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality construction and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in community teams and contribute to the development of construction projects that meet the company's mission and values.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Construction management vocational degree or certificate preferred.
  • 2-5 years of construction experience with a production homebuilder.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and develop professional relationships.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work full-time schedule with flexibility for overtime when necessary.
  • Local travel required within designated region.
