Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, including field engineering and estimating tasks.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project data, including cost estimates and quantity takeoffs.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in marine construction and related fields.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD, with experience in project management software a plus.
