Job Summary:

As a Speech Therapist I, Full Time, Pediatrics, you will provide diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders under supervision. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders for pediatric populations.
  • Administer diagnostic tests and implement individualized treatments.
  • Advise physicians and patients of disorders and develop treatment schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Implement and maintain department policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Speech Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Internship required by date of hire.
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology by date of hire.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist License (California).
  • National Provider Identifier.
  • Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
  • Basic Life Support required at hire.
Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
