Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist I SH, Inpatient to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will provide diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders for adult and pediatric populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders using diagnostic tests and individualized treatments.
  • Advise physicians and patients on disorders and develop treatment schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Implement and maintain department policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for new or enhanced services or levels of patient care.
Requirements
  • Completion of a Speech Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Internship.
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist License (California).
  • Basic Life Support required at hire.
  • National Provider Identifier.
  • Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
