- Completion of a Speech Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Internship
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Speech-Language Pathologist License (California)
- National Provider Identifier
- Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate
- Basic Life Support
