Your Mission

Reporting to Radiall USA's Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with HR and Business Group leadership to source and onboard qualified talent to fill critical roles located at our sites in Wallingford, CT, Tualatin, OR, and Tempe, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing, recruiting, and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR Team and line managers to identify and draft/update detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies to fill the needs of the organization.
  • Advises hiring manager and management of current market ranges and comparable talent pool.
  • Manages flow of applicants through the ATS, ensuring appropriate candidate follow-up.
  • Conducts initial screening interviews with candidates prior to setting up interviews with hiring managers.
  • Schedules interviews and confirms with candidates and company interviewers.
  • Coaches hiring managers and interviewers with regard to selection best practices.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and HR partners during the offer process.
  • Works with candidates to share/explain Radiall new hire benefits.
  • Generates candidate offer letters and coordinates onboarding of new hires to the organization.
  • Acts in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to the recruitment and employer process.

The Profile

Minimum HR license
5 years of experience acquired in a similar function
