Talent Acquisition Director Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Director to lead our Human Resources team in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the talent acquisition strategy for McKinstry companies and new entities
- Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce needs and align talent acquisition efforts with long-term business objectives
- Develop and manage talent pipeline programs, including internships
- Drive the scalability of the talent acquisition service delivery model
- Utilize market intelligence to deliver best-in-class practices for end-to-end recruitment processes
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in leveraging technology and data to optimize recruitment processes and improve outcomes
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS systems (Jobvite highly preferred)
- Executive presence and influencing skills demonstrated by an experience building robust and lasting relationships with senior leaders
