Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our front-end team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, collecting carts, and disposing of trash
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, such as restocking shelves, processing transactions, and answering phone calls
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
