We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operational performance and financial well-being of our restaurant, MISS TOYAS CREOLE HOUSE Sliver Spring. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
• Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

Requirements
