Magnificus Corporation is dedicated to providing exceptional support services in the healthcare sector, focusing on the well-being of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register patients arriving at the facility, gathering essential demographic and health information.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive medical records (both physical and digital) while verifying insurance coverage and Medicaid eligibility.
  • Measure and record vital signs, including weight and height.
  • Assist the Nurse Practitioner during physical assessments as needed.
  • Ensure treatment areas are prepared and maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Conduct minor laboratory tests and administer vaccinations, including TB skin tests.
  • Accurately document patient information in medical records.
  • Coordinate specialty referrals and hospital evaluations.
  • Assemble informational discharge packets for patients at the end of their visits.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of medical, laboratory, and office supplies, while performing necessary equipment calibrations and quality controls.

Qualifications:
  • Valid certification as a Medical Assistant.
  • Experience working in a clinical or hospital environment.
  • Current BLS certification with a valid expiration date.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified medical assistant within the last three years.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of pediatric medical conditions and assessments.
