Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Choctaw Staffing Solutions (CSS). As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to military personnel and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) and a current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders as needed
  • Maintain accurate and current notes in electronic medical records

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a government setting, such as the Department of Defense (DoD) or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
  • Knowledge of professional standards and ethics regarding the delivery of clinical social work services
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance
