Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at MBI Health Services, LLC. The successful candidate will provide community support services to individuals in need, assisting them in developing self-management and daily living skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in the mental health field and/or social services/social work is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals in care to develop self-management and daily living skills
  • Provide community support services, including facilitating physical, recreational, social, and educational activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of records relating to consumers' treatment
  • Collect information about consumers through interviews, tests, and evaluation of day-to-day functioning
  • Identify areas needing continued support, resources, and treatment

Requirements:

  • Some college coursework required, preferred
  • Behavioral health experience, preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, computer, and time management skills
