Client Support Specialist - Administrative Role

  • Accountable for generating new business opportunities, managing endorsements, and fostering enduring relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Address inquiries from insurance providers and client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and follow up on cancellations, payment issues, and other matters to ensure continuous coverage.
  • Accurately process applications for new business, endorsements, and suspensions.
  • Handle service-related inquiries through an automated call distribution system.
  • Carry out additional duties as directed by management.

We maintain high ethical standards and accountability within our organization. Team members are encouraged to voice concerns and report any breaches of company policy.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
