Senior Client Relationship Specialist

In this crucial position, you will play a significant role in nurturing and enhancing client relationships for a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm. You will be responsible for guiding a team of client service professionals, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the client service team in daily operational activities.
  • Manage client information within financial planning software and develop proficiency with various technology platforms.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels, collaborating closely with the Head of Operations and lead advisors.
  • Facilitate new client onboarding and account setup, overseeing the workflow for new accounts.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and manage onboarding workflows as required.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to assess workflow progress with the team.
  • Monitor alerts and notifications, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Handle cashiering tasks, including processing requests for checks, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.

CRM Management:

  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of ongoing action plans.
  • Manage daily operational tasks efficiently.
  • Generate monthly opportunity reports for review.

Portfolio Management:

  • Maintain accurate client data, including billing and contact information.
  • Support quarterly reporting requirements.

Compliance Oversight:

  • Utilize compliance management software to prepare updates and manage compliance tasks.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Prepare regulatory updates as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Wealth Management environment.
