Eagle Peak Solutions is seeking a Customer Communications Associate to support clients in assessing their eligibility and guiding them through the enrollment process for the Federal Lifeline Program.

This role is funded by government initiatives, and we will provide comprehensive training to individuals who demonstrate essential qualities for the Customer Communications Associate position, such as: inherent drive, effective communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.

The primary duty of the Customer Communications Associate is to assist individuals receiving government assistance in enrolling for a complimentary wireless phone.

This position is ideal for someone eager to contribute to their community while developing their skills in a modern, technology-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Communications Associate:

  • Conduct outreach initiatives to identify potential eligible clients, evaluate their eligibility for government assistance, and facilitate their enrollment in the program.
  • Leverage your training and knowledge to explain the features and advantages of the program in clear, accessible language to clients and address any inquiries.
  • Provide compassionate and sincere support to clients, addressing their concerns and escalating issues that require additional resources for resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training focused on community engagement, customer relations, and updates on products/services, applying this knowledge effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Enrollment Specialist team to accurately track and document all CRM data, manage inventory, and map territories efficiently.

Qualifications for the Customer Communications Associate:

  • Previous experience in customer service, enrollment processes, member services, sales, or account management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients, actively listen, and engage in proactive sales techniques.
  • Open to constructive feedback, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Confident in presenting information to clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Exhibit a high degree of self-motivation and direction to achieve objectives with team support.
