  • Team Development: Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the ASC is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ASC, including scheduling, staffing, and supply chain management.
Requirements:
  • Business Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an ASC or hospital environment.
  • Surgery Center Experience: 3 years of experience working in an ASC or hospital setting, with a strong understanding of surgical procedures and patient care.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with physicians, staff, and patients.
