Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, including menu development, kitchen management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu options that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to perfection and that our high standards of quality and safety are met.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and develop a team of skilled chefs and cooks, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Cost Control: Manage food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure that our culinary operation is profitable and efficient.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 6 years of experience in the culinary industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and staff supervision; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
