Account Executive

AlphaGraphics of Downtown Raleigh is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to raise awareness of the AlphaGraphics brand and build trust with customers.
- Understand the marketing and sales funnel and identify opportunities to move prospects through the buyer's journey.
- Apply prospecting, retention, cross-selling, and up-selling strategies to drive sales growth.
- Utilize CRM to manage contacts and prospects, and maintain accurate sales logs and contact history.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
- Identify organic sales opportunities within the existing customer base and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by soliciting feedback and making recommendations to improve products and services.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the print or related industry.
- Familiarity with social media channels and experience building brand awareness through social platforms.
- Experience with paid search and search engine optimization strategies.
- Understanding and experience with cross-media channels.
- Positive, can-do attitude; flexibility, adaptability, and business acumen.
- High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about personal brand and professional development.
- Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
