Fiber Optic Repair

Prince Telecom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fiber Optic Repair & Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our construction operations team, you will be responsible for supervising all construction activities in accordance with customer and industry specifications.

• Assist in the development and execution of projects and plans to support the organization's goals.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and project teams to ensure project progress and adherence to project budgets.
• Establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.
• Identify and course-correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently, and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
• Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance.

• Minimum 1 year fiber optic experience.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must live within 80 miles of Charlotte, NC.
• Must be able to work a very flexible schedule.
• Team player.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Competitive salary: $50,000 - $65,000/yr (based on experience).
