Job Summary

Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Flex Associate to assist in the execution of client projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our work, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with precision, following all provided instructions.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality at all times.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs. Additionally, be able to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, performing tasks while sitting, standing, or walking.
  • Physical Abilities: Perform fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility.
  • Flexibility: Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements and needs, including a minimum of one 4-hour weekend shift based on store requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required, as travel to additional locations may be necessary.
  • Automobile Insurance: Automobile liability insurance required to be maintained.
  • Computer Access: Must have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
  • Webcam Access: Access to webcam preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Customer service or sales experience preferred.
