Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Territory Manager to join our team at SwapLoader. This role involves developing a strong distributor network, implementing a sales strategy to increase sales and profits, and providing product training and education to distributors and customers.
About the Role
The Regional Territory Manager will work closely with the SwapLoader VP and General Manager, inside sales and service teams, engineering, and sales administration. This position requires travel to manage sales in a multi-state territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a territory with a strong distributor network through new distributor recruitment
- Implement a sales plan to increase sales and profits
- Provide product training and education to distributors and customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales goals are met
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in truck or truck equipment sales in a sales/business development role
- Mechanical and hydraulic aptitude
- Prior experience in distributor sales
- Competitive, independent 'doer' who can problem solve and get things done through people
- Professionalism and excellent communication skills
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Bonus opportunities available.
