About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our team in driving sales growth and expansion of our Impulse Hand Tool Displays product line. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Job Description

The Sales Director will oversee a region, managing a team of sales representatives who cater to hardware stores, auto parts stores, and other industries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Mentoring and guiding sales team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to improve sales performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $106,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
