Sales and Service Director

We are looking for a Sales and Service Director to join our team in the region. As a Sales and Service Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and maintaining high personal and moral standards that uphold the Service Tool Co. vision.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities include:
- Increase volume in the region by working closely with sales representatives
- Hiring and training of representatives in the assigned region
- Transmitting daily sales reports and communicating regularly with customers and reps on new products or service offerings, service issues, and complaints
- Traveling several states to work with salespeople
Service Tool Co., LLC is a 53-year-old company established in 1971 located in New Iberia, Louisiana. We are one of the largest distributors of Impulse Hand Tool Displays, selling to accounts such as Ace Hardware, True Value Hardware, Napa Auto Parts, and many more.
