Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales and Service Manager to join our team at Mobility Works. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales, marketing, service, and rentals teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

- Handle documentation, prepare vehicle delivery documents, and maintain inventory records for sales and service teams.
- Prepare and submit applications for manufacturer incentives and rebates, as well as obtain finance paperwork and complete RSA and ESC contracts.
- Manage title process, report title status using MobilityForce, and process vehicle and warranty registrations.
- Foster relationships with vendors, customers, and suppliers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five years of office management experience.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
